Join us for a special Summer Solstice event!

*Since the actual Solstice is on Fathers Day, we decided to move this to the 22nd.

The sun is reaching it’s peak and we get to enjoy long summer Judays to balance out the dark of winter. Let’s thank it for not staying too long by relaxing into our own inner light. Get centered with us and get the most out of this time of year. Reconnect to a deeper awareness to better see the beauty in life.

This is an hour and a half of yoga with live meditative sound bath music. At any point you can choose to just lay back and relax, too. Julia and I love working together, but we only get to do this a couple times a year, so don’t miss out!
