Post Retreat Integration & support group

Together as community we can all support each other once we’re back home in our daily life. We help each other understand how to apply what we learned so that we can enjoy truly lasting transformation. Two weekly zoom calls, a check in and a workshop, usually with a guest presenter. The program is donation based to be accessible to everyone, because we believe this to be a very important part of the process
